Open Question: My Friend's boyfriend hasn't contacted her in a week?

Ok, my friend Elena had met a wonderful man and basically fell head over heels for the guy. Things got interesting however when she spend two days with him about last month and hasn't heard from him since. Now, there are a couple possibilities I offered to her, but all I can tell her is to wait. He is from Wisconsin, but has a job in North Dakota for the time. He also mentioned on how he doesn't have his phone charger here, but in North Dakota. So knowing he was to take a train, Elena agreed to wait a few days to hear from him. This didn't stop from her texting him. Knowing, however, it's been a little over a week, she is worrying. What should I do? All I can say to her is to wait until he responds, but what does this mean?
